- Open the Apple Podcast App

Our guest today is Scott Rao, who is one of the most influential people in the world of coffee, coffee roasting, and coffee brewing. (Scott is also the owner of Prodigal Coffee, located in Boulder, Colorado.)
One of the things that attracted me to Scott and to Prodigal is their principled commitment to quality, and while I do happen to love coffee more than most things in the world, I am always drawn to anyone — in any field — who is obsessed with the pursuit of excellence. It’s inspiring, and I think there are always things to be gleaned from such people that can open up and reveal the amazing world around us, and also give us ideas that we can take back into our own work. And I think this conversation is proof of that.
So for all of these reasons it was a real honor to have Scott on CRAFTED, and this conversation was a real pleasure.
