Subscription Products and Physical Products
We sell physical goods (The Blister Winter Buyer’s Guide) and paid, subscription-based access to exclusive content on our Site (via our “Blister Deep Dive,” “Blister Membership,” and “Blister Premier” products). To purchase any product from us, physical or virtual, you are required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself in all registration, purchase and checkout forms used with the Site.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Return & Refund Policy
We attempt to provide accurate descriptions of the products reviewed and products and services available for purchase on our Site, but we do not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, or current.
We grant no returns or refunds on any physical product purchased on the Site.
We grant no refunds, partial or full, on any content subscriptions purchased on the Site.
All subscriptions are renewed automatically, one year from the date of purchase. We will notify your via email one week before your subscription is renewed to let you know that it will soon be renewed automatically. If you do not want to renew your subscription, you may cancel it prior to the renewal date, or remove any stored payment methods in your account prior to the renewal date. You may also contact us at info@blistergearreview.com with a request to cancel your subscription at any time.
Your Account & Exclusive Blister Member Deals
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under or in relation to your account or password.
Discount pricing of third party retailer’ products (provided via the purchase of a Blister Membership) is confidential. You agree you will not sell, transfer, or assign any benefits (which include any and all product offers and product purchase discounts) afforded to you via a “Blister Deep Dive,” “Blister Membership,” or “Blister Premier” subscription purchased in your name.
You agree that we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account or membership and prohibit future use if we find that the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.
- Suspend or terminate your account or membership if you violate any of the rules listed in this notice.
User Content
You may submit comments, reviews, posts, feedback, questions, answers, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications a user submits (“User Content”) on the Site.
You agree that as a condition of permitting you to submit User Content to us, you represent and warrant that (a) it was not copied in whole or in part from any other work, and/or that you own or otherwise control all the intellectual property rights to it; (b) it is not libelous, obscene, injurious to third parties (as determined by us), and does not contain any form of spam (as determined by us).
