WHAT TYPE(S) OF SKIER DO YOU IMAGINE WILL GET ALONG BEST WITH THIS SKI?
Advanced intermediate to expert. In bounds, side country and touring all work well.
ARE THERE SIMILAR PRODUCTS YOU’VE SKIED THAT YOU CLEARLY PREFER? IF SO, WHY?
I like how my Moment Bibby 186 can plow through firm chop but these hold their own and are much easier on the body as they are lighter weight and easier to pivot.
I liked these in the camber version better than the Reason 120 reverse camber but I am a pretty directional skier. For me the camber is more versatile and stable than the reverse camber in this ski (the intention 108 was very fun however in the revers camber).

These are really fun to ski pretty much everywhere and do it all pretty well including carving, trees and bumps. They are much lighter than my Moment Bibby’s but are nearly as stable (except in deep hard chop) and feel more responsive and are easier on my body. I skied them the first time on a day with firm snow and ice and they surprised me at how well the skied the firm groomers, frozen crud and moguls. I was able to buy these and got them last week just in time for a 20″ powder day where they were fantastic. The snow was a higher water content so the crud got heavy and as long as you stay on them and pay attention they handled it well (not as well as my heavy Bibys but still very well). These are replacing my Bibbys in my quiver for 6″+ snow days (but could ski pretty much in any condition) and I may add a cast system or just keep as is and use for the inbounds bootpack and side county on big snow days.
These are great skis and I hope they move to these vs the 120 as I felt these were even more fun than the 120’s.
