What K2 says about the Dispatch 110

“When backcountry conditions get spicy, you’ll be glad you picked the Dispatch 110. A mid-fat waist width and our all new Titanal Hex Beam construction make this ski the most versatile in the Dispatch line, while the Steadfast Base and Uni-Directional Flax work together to create dependable stability. Long and variable pursuits are no match for this confidence-inspiring ski.”

Flex Pattern

Here’s how we’d characterize the flex pattern of the 184 cm Dispatch 110:

Tips: 5.5-6
Shovels: 6.5-7.5
In Front of Toe Piece: 8-10
Underfoot: 10
Behind the Heel Piece: 10-9
Tails: 8.5

And here’s how we’d characterize the flex pattern of the 177 cm Dispatch 110:

Tips: 5.5-6
Shovels: 6.5-7.5
In Front of Toe Piece: 8-10
Underfoot: 10
Behind the Heel Piece: 10-8.5
Tails: 8

Both lengths of the Dispatch 110 flexed nearly identically, the difference being the slightly stiffer tail in the 184cm length.

  1. Is anyone getting time on these? Would love to see a flash review. These are pretty unique shape and rocker profile, I think a lot of people are curious about them. Including, from their comments, some blister reviewers!

    • I am one of those people! Especially interested in how this ski handles funky snow conditions i.e. crusts. Seems like the shape would lend itself to slaying breakable ala hoji/renegade, but with a touch of camber.

  2. The WNDR Intention 110s would be an interesting reference point for this ski. Curious to have this compared in a Deep Dive to that ski and other ~110 winter pow touring skis

  3. I spent last season on these and had a great powder day on them this year. I’m 6’3 200lbs and ski aggressively with excellent form all the time according to me. Love the light weight on the lift and underfoot. Definitely have to make them turn but they are very stable at speed and seem to grip well in harder conditions. Have a little pop on groomers. Really excel in pow though. Great float, predictable, no hook. Were fun in some corn on mt. Rainier too but again, had to work a bit to turn them in those conditions. Dont seam to have any bad querks.
