  1. That’s a bummer Len had such a reaction, his take on Gaza was very thoughtful and nuanced along with all his other views. I hope y’all get him back on, it’s not like this pod isn’t known to go off the rails about football or TV, why not the occasional political/administration take from someone deeply connected with that space?

Cody, how did you miss calling the mildly entertaining golfers “par for the course”?!

    • Totally agreed about Len’s take. I’ve had the same experience in various settings though – Being nuanced about truly polarizing issues like this means that you fail basically everybody’s “purity tests”.

I just don’t have an audience of hundred (singular) hanging on my every word.

  2. The ongoing misogyny in climbing really bums me out. I hadn’t paid attention to Nims or Charles Barrett before now, but this episode sent me on a reading binge. I would prefer to be able to honestly say I’m surprised, but I’m not. I’m especially disappointed about the way the Eastern Sierra climbing community closed ranks around Barrett, enabled him, and marginalized both his victims and witnesses like Kauk even after he’d been convicted of battery.

  3. It’s funny, when having heard Cody’s take on one controversial issue, then you know his take on any of those. That’s just sad. At that point WNBA is profitable sports, seriously?
