The winner of our Gear Giveaway this week will get the Vanguard or Vanguard Women’s ski touring boot from La Sportiva!
The Vanguard boot has impressed us this season with how powerful it feels on the way down. Not only this, but it also has a stellar 63º of stated range of motion, and it walks uphill really well, especially given how nicely it skis on the way down. Its unique, asymmetrical “scissor” cuff construction allows for plenty of movement in the cuff area, and it is also quick and easy to transition with. Once buckled down and put into ski mode, the Vanguard offers near alpine-boot-like performance, all coming in at a low, touring-friendly weight.

I need to win these so I can replace my LaSportiva Solars!
These boots look amazing!
This would be a great start for uphilling. :)
Old boots are very done. Old guys need all the benefits of a new boot.
Just bought a new pair Peak 98’s and Look Bindings, so winning a pair of LaSportiva Vanguards would be the the icing on the cake and complete my new set up. Thank You Blister for your no BS ratings.
Don’t apply as la Sportiva are crappy ski boots with poor quality production, with poor warranty support and with dangerous misfunction. I had 2 Vega with misaligned inserts between the right and left boots. I won a greater tuberosity fracture and a partial avulsion of the supraspinatus. La Sportiva Brand refused to only recognise the misalignement (4mm on a 26,5)
Oh, how i need new boots
I need boots too
