Trip Report: Alta Ski Area

From April 1-4, six Blister Gear Reviewers met up for four days of bell to bell testing at Alta, and Alta didn’t disappoint. There’s a reason it’s one of our favorite resorts in the country: great terrain, a 188″ base (in April!), and the customary drop of a big, late season snow storm that the Wasatch is famous for.

Click on the photograph below to check out the photo gallery of the trip over at Blister Gear Review’s facebook page. Find out what gear we were testing, get some subtle (and not so subtle) hints about what we liked and didn’t like, and take in photographer Tom Bear’s exceptional images.

(You’ll also learn which reviewer makes his own pizza dough from scratch; who goes by the nickname, Velociraptor; and who is rocking a sweet new 70’s mustache.)
