What Majesty says about the Superpatrol

“Extremely stable, precise and responsive. Designed with flat tails, rocker tips, semi-cap topsheet, triax fiberglass and our cut-off tail technology (COT) and a light paulownia wood core.

Although the overall length may appear shorter, there are no compromises around usability – the effective edge extends nearly the entire length of the ski. With the Superpatrol, you can ski a shorter and lighter ski with the confidence of a big and heavy ripper.”

Flex Pattern

Here’s how we’d characterize the flex pattern of the Superpatrol:

Tips: 9
Shovels: 9
In Front of Toe Piece: 9-10
Underfoot: 10
Behind the Heel Piece: 10-9.5
Tails: 9-8.5

This is a very stiff flex pattern overall, particularly through the tips and shovels, which are much stiffer than most skis.

Stay Tuned…

We’ve been getting some spring touring in on the Superpatrol and Blister Members can check out our Flash Review for our initial impressions. Stay tuned for updates, and in the meantime, let us know of any questions you’d like us to answer about this new touring ski from Majesty.
