What ZAG says about the Slap 98

VERSATILE & SUPER MANEUVERABLE ALL MOUNTAIN SKIS

A SLAP is particularly efficient in all conditions. The SLAP 98 is even more versatile than its bigger brother, the SLAP 104. In addition to its ease in carving, the ski pivots very easily. The transition between turns is even more intuitive than the rest of the lineup. The SLAP 98 feels perfect under the feet giving the skier a sense of power and control. A great compromise between good grip on hard pack and good float in powder. The embodiment of versatility.

Flex Pattern

Here’s how we’d characterize the flex pattern of the Slap 98:

Tips: 7.5
Shovels: 7.5-8
In Front of Toe Piece: 8.5-9.5
Underfoot: 10
Behind the Heel Piece: 9.5-8.5
Tails: 8.5
