What Shaggy’s says about the Brockway 90
“The middle child of the Brockway family strikes a perfect balance across a range of conditions. Push hard into the ski, and the stiff flex will rocket you out of each turn and into the next. On anything from ice to corduroy, the edge grip is rock solid and confidence inspiring. Crud and slush are handled with ease thanks to the versatile 90 mm waist width, and the wide shovel will plane over light (<6 in) powder. Without a doubt, the Brockway 90 is the ultimate do-it-all frontside weapon for aggressive pilots.”
What we said about the Brockway 90 in the 21/22 Winter Buyer’s Guide
“The Brockway 90 features a couple of interesting traits that set it apart from the other skis in this section. First, it has “camber pockets” in front of and behind the bindings that, combined with its minimally tapered shape, equate to excellent edge hold on firm conditions (potentially the best of the ~90mm-wide skis here). It also has Shaggy’s “nanoMAG” magnesium sheets, which help make the Brockway’s suspension feel better than its moderate weight might suggest. We got this ski late in the season and still need to spend more time on it, but our initial take is that the Brockway will best serve skiers who primarily stick to groomed runs but find narrower skis too grabby or hooky when those groomed runs are covered in a bit of fresh snow or pushed-around patches at the end of the day. If you want a ski that’s more playful and comfortable all over the mountain, check out the Shaggy’s Ahmeek 95 in our More Forgiving all-mountain section.”
Flex Pattern

In Front of Toe Piece: 8-10
Underfoot: 10
Behind the Heel Piece: 10-9
