What Fischer says about the RC One 82 GT

“The RC One 82 GT is a quick, agile ski with great edgehold, and a smoothness that will give you confidence and ease. Lightweight 0.5mm Titanal offers a blend of stability and grip, with Turn Zone construction and Triple Radius sidecut for precise control eat any speed.”

Flex Pattern

Here’s how we’d characterize the flex pattern of the RC One 82 GT:

Tips: 8-8.5
Shovels: 9
In Front of Toe Piece: 9.5-10
Underfoot: 10
Behind the Heel Piece: 10-9.5
Tails: 9.5-9

Overall, the RC One 82 GT has a stiff flex pattern throughout the whole ski.

  1. Is there anywhere on your website where you discuss your methodology for testing the flex pattern? I could have sworn you described it somewhere, but I couldn’t find it.

  2. This will be interesting. I have the RC One 86 GT and I love it as a groomer carving ski. Not that impressed with the off piste capabilities, so the RC One 82 GT might have been a better choice. I own The Curv as well, it is a fun carving ski but I actually like the RC One 86 GT better as it seems to be better at carving a variety of radius turns.
