What Salomon says about the QST Lumen 98

“A favorite of Mali Noyes, the modern design of the QST Lumen 98 turns effortlessly in the bumps, on piste, and in powder. A versatile 98mm waist is perfect for going uphill, while double sidewalls, cork inserts, and CFX layup provide the stability you want descending any terrain.”

Flex Pattern

Here’s how we’d characterize the flex pattern of the QST Lumen 98:

Tips: 6.5
Shovels: 6-6.5
In Front of Toe Piece: 7-10
Underfoot: 10
Behind the Heel Piece: 10-7
Tails: 6.5

Similar to the unisex QST 98 (which shares the same construction), the QST Lumen 98 has a pretty forgiving flex pattern that’s fairly soft outside of the binding area (that area is quite stiff).

Stay Tuned…
