  1. Sports is entertainment.

    But I do believe there is a difference in the sports environment between an athlete and an influencer or (enthusist for that matter as well).
    Athlete’s compete in organized events, where competing and winning (or placings) matters.

    An influencer or (enthusiast) only entertains.

    Btw, both are paid by brands to sell merchandise at the end of the day.

    If Lincoln can entertain and sell merchandise, he will be successful. If not he will be left behind.
