Blister reviewers Paul Forward, Cy Whitling, and Jonathan Ellsworth brought a bunch of next year’s skis to Mt Bachelor for a week of testing. So we recorded this conversation to discuss some of the stuff we’ve been skiing — what was the most surprising, what else stood out, and then we talk about what our 1-ski quiver and 2-ski quiver selections would be for Mt Bachelor.
So here are our very fresh thoughts on a number of very high-profile skis.

I was really looking forward to seeing Jonathan and the Blister crew at Bachelor this spring and chatting with this team that keeps my stoke up even though I may not always be in the market for gear. Unable to attend due to surgery complications I thank Jonathan and Blister here once again for the great work. One ski quiver for the many faces of Bachelor? That’s at least a two brew-pub quiver topic..
That was real helpful for me. I’ve been looking for a more “All Mountain” type ski to pair with the Blister Pros when Mt. B. isn’t quite as “powdery” as it has been this year. Not much of a Park guy (since I’m 61 freaking YO) but want something more in the 105 width range. You’ve helped me narrow down the search a bit. I’ll study up a bit on skis such as as the Deathwish, Alchemist 106, ON3P Cartel or Enforcer. Thanks.
