What Stereo says about the Piste RS

“World cup ski construction married to a lively yet forgiving flex pattern, the finest edge feel you will encounter, and modern ski shaping make every turn flawless in feel. Including the Marker Piston race plate, this is truly our ski for skiers.”

Flex Pattern

Here’s how we’d characterize the flex pattern of the Piste RS:

Tips: 6-6.5
Shovels: 6.5-7
In Front of Toe Piece: 7.5-9.5
Underfoot: 10
Behind the Heel Piece: 9.5-8.5
Tails: 8.5

Stay Tuned…

We received the Piste RS this past winter, and will have a few reviewers spending time on it once the ski resorts in Colorado begin to open.

  1. Worst skis I have ever been on in my life…garbage…they don’t track at all…have purchased a lot of skis in my life and these were without a doubt one of the worst. Will go back to detuned Blizzard race skis to ski on East coast boilerplate…Blizzard Firebird 68mm under foot

Stereo has no business putting a Marker piston full metal plate race binding on this ski…it doesn’t fit or work well with this noodly ski that is not a full traditional camber. Most shops that originally carried them no longer stock them…for good reason…my recommendation would be stay away from purchasing a pair
