Freeriding & Freeskiing: we love them in part because of the freedom and creativity they allow us. And yet, some of the unwritten rules around skiing, snowboarding, and mountain culture can be remarkably restrictive, pressuring us to fall in line rather than stand out, encouraging conformity more than individual expression.
So today we are talking about an often overlooked — and sometimes looked down upon — form of self expression: fashion.
Today we are joined by professional skiers Hadley Hammer and Kellyn Wilson, the founders of TOGS, which is a new project dedicated to widening ski culture and making it more acceptable for each of us to be our full selves.

Jonathan – I think that you owe Luke an apology for maybe having scoffed at him at one point for saying that he skis better when he feels that he looks good.
My wife always laughs at me when I tell her I’m getting in my togs.
Ha, I probably do owe Luke an apology.
And glad to know that others are out there togging along…
Can confirm it’s Brit connection/origin(?) and also that you can’t claim togged up, that exists!
And was waiting for the section on Anoraks….
