  1. Looking forward to this follow up, if only for the consistent massacring of the pronounciation of Bunnahabhain, (Bunn-na-ha-venn), cannot believe you missed the silent v ;)

  2. Matt, once you have whiskey bottles on your apartment floor (instead of in the cabinett) it becomes concerning indeed :-) So I am glad you keep an eye on that ;-)

    My wife got angry when I put a spoon of water in her Arran Peated Machrie Moor for experimentaiton’s sake after listening to the podcast yesterday evening :-) I’ll have to make up for that. Also, I think the water should be chilled, not luke warm.

    • First, I love that you experimented with adding water to your WIFE’S Machrie Moor. I hope it doesn’t perpetuate any spoon/water-related conflicts haha.

      Second, have either of you tried anything from the Lagg distillery yet? This is Arran’s new distillery dedicated to peated whisky. It’s very young, but curious if you all like it.
