Offset Bier has quickly established itself as the best brewery in Park City, and one of the very best in the state, making it a must-stop for any true beer aficionado. But Offset is also establishing itself as a community hub for skiers, runners, and bikers, which is as important to them as their commitment to brewing topshelf beer.
So I headed out to Park City to meet up with Offset Bier co-founder, Conor Brown, and talk to him about why the name “Offset Bier”?; approachability vs. complexity; brewing in a state with strict liquor laws; their “No Flights, No Whining” policy; and more.

By far the best brewery in town. The beer selections are all interesting and constantly changing, unlike those larger UT breweries. Amazing beer and more importantly the owner Connor has really invested in making the brewery a community hub by hosting local events.
