Crested Butte Mountain Resort recently got 40+ inches of new snow in just a few days, so it was time to break out the big skis. Jonathan and I discuss the very new (and very different) Head Kore 118Ti and Kore 112Ti; the latest iteration of the ON3P Billy Goat; Tyrolia’s Attack Hybrid binding; Salomon’s revised QST Blank and QST 106, and more.

Both of you mentioned the new QST 106 is softer and lighter.
The press release you put out a few weeks ago says the new version is stiffer and similar weight. Can you confirm?
Interesting to see the changes to the Kore models and missed out trying both the 112 & 118 at a test in March – too many other skis to try and the Kore‘s have never appealed to me particularly, shows it‘s always worth checking!
Blank also sounds more up my street than the previous version. My daughter got on the new QST106 @ 172 at the test event and enjoyed it off piste
Always enjoy the pow focused pods, esp when you have been rewarded with so much snow and look forward to round 2 with Paul
