Were you on the 187 length woodsman?
Yep
When you publish the review can you let us know how it compares to the 184 wren and mindbender 108 ti? I would specifically like to know how maneuverable and stable it is compared to those skis.
Any need to size up on this or is the 187 plenty of ski?
I mean, these things depend on a lot of factors, but for me personally, I have no interest in going longer, and I would not say that this is (in general) a ski that we’d be encouraging most skiers to go longer than they normally would.
Any plans to review the 182s? And could you possible give an idea of the Woodsman vs the QST in terms of how punishing vs forgiving each is? I know that they are very different skis but the QST is my only point of reference at the moment. Thanks.
First of all let me say thanks for the reviews you are doing. Spending several days on a ski is much different that the norm of 2 or 3 runs. The detail is great. I did listen to your very brief comments on the Blsck Crows Navis and then bought the ski. I wondering if you had in mounted on their recommended mounting point. I measured the recommended line as -12 from center. That seems like a lot to me. I am a bit skeptical. Can you let me me know where yours was mounted? Does -12 seem like a lot?
Hi Gary, I have the same concerns than you….where ended you up with the mounting point? DId you put the bindings on the line?
cheers
